Deductibles and Contributions
Effective July 1, 2000 the following deductibles and contributions are in effect:

| Property losses not described above are covered with a $1,000 threshold. I.e., losses
under $1,001 are the responsibility of the department; covered losses over $1,000 are
covered without deductible. |
Note: All amounts shown are deductibles except for the description of a threshold in the last entry.
